Comprehensive Warranty Coverage

We offer a warranty on all used auto parts.. The specific terms of the warranty may vary depending on the type of part purchased, the model and make of the vehicle and the mileage at the time of purchase. So, it is advisable to go through the details of your warranty at the time of purchase, that will be listed on your invoice.

General Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Parts Replacement: In case the auto part stops working during the warranty period, in that case we will provide you, with replacement part of same quality
• Component Coverage: it includes pistons, crankshaft, connecting rods, camshaft, valve train components, and gears. Moreover, our warranty covers the internal lubricated parts of the engine or transmission.
• Duration: The warranty period is upto 2 years from the date of purchase. Apart from this extended warranty options are also available for purchase.

What is covered?

Our warranty covers defects in used Auto Parts,under normal use and service. Specifically, the following components are generally covered:

Engines:

• Push rods
•  valve guides
•  connecting rods
•  camshaft,
• rod bearings
• timing gear
•  timing chain
• exhaust valves and intake
• valve guides
•  valve springs
• rocker arms
•  push rod oil pan
• oil pump
•  cylinder heads
• cylinder block

all internal parts including lubricated parts including piston pins, piston rings and crankshaft.

Transmissions: 

• Transmission case
•  all internal lubricated parts including bearings
•  valve body synchronizers for manual transmissions
• gears along with torque converter for automatic transmissions.

What is NOT Covered?

Our intention is to provide comprehensive coverage, although there are certain situations and components that are not covered by our warranty. These include:

• External Parts: Parts that are attached with engine or transmission like the fuel injectors, wiring harness, sensors, computer control starters, distributor, alternator and water pump.
• Damage Due to Improper Installation:  Damage that is caused due to faulty installation procedures, overheating, neglect, improper fluid or modifications.
• Pre-Existing Conditions: Certain conditions that already existed there prior to the sale of the used part.
• Overheating: damage that is caused due to overheating is not covered in the warranted part, unless it is justified with a document that overheating was the outcome of faulted warranted part.
• Maintenance Items: certain wear and tear items like hoses, spark plugs filters and fluids.
• Incidental Costs: certain expenses like towing, labor, loss of income, diagnostics or any sort of consequential damages 

Warranty Claims Process

Please follow these steps, if you believe you have a warranty

• Contact Us: the moment you discover any issue, kindly notify us for the same
• Provide Documentation: It is mandatory to provide a report from a certified mechanic along with the original invoice and detailed description of the problem.
• Inspection: We may ask a local mechanic to invest the part on our behalf for further inspection from our end.
•  Resolution: If we discover that the part is defective and covered under warranty, we will provide a replacement part. Shipping costs for the replacement part will be applicable.

Important Considerations

• Installation: We recommend that all parts be installed by a certified mechanic. Improper installation by an inappropriate person will void all  the claims for the warranty.

• Maintenance: To maintain the coverage of warranty it is advised for regular maintenance, including checking the fuel and oil change.
• Warranty is Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and it is non-transferable to anyone.
